Plan Review Requirements

A Plan Review needs to be submitted for new facilities or if a change of ownership occurs. See Plan Review Guidelines for the necessary information that needs to be submitted along with the Plan Review Application.

A $50.00 fee is required with the Plan Review. (Check or Money Order).

After reviewing the Plan Application, the Health Department will inspect the facility. Once approved and inspected a Food Permit Application may be submitted.
