To obtain a temporary food permit, complete the application and mail it to our office along with the permit application fee.  You may also bring the application to our office in person.  The application needs to be turned into our office at least two weeks prior to the event so that it may be reviewed and the permit sent before the event begins. CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.

                                Temporary Food Permit (14 days or less) - $25.00

                                Temporary Food Permit (2 or more events) - $50.00

                                Temporary Food Permit (6 months or less at one location) - $40.00

                                Temporary Food Permit (Late fee) - $25.00
