Effective January 1, 2010

The Clark County Health Department's goal is to promote and protect the health of the citizens of Clark County through a comprehensive approach involving nursing, health prmotion, and environment health programs and related services.  The department administers a $519,434.00 annual operating budget which employs nine personnel.

Requests for records maintained by the Health Department may be requested in written format, listing in detail, the records requested.

The written request shall be submitted to Cathy Hayden-FOIA Officer, in person at our office located at 997 North York Street in Martinsville, IL 62442; or, by U.S. Mail delivery at P. O. Box 266, Martinsville, IL 62442; or, via Fax at 217-382-4810. 

The Clark County Health Department's regular business hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.  The Health Department is closed on holidays as designated by the Clark County Board and any other days as designated by the Clark County Board of Health.
